Special post for Educators

A special welcome to the educators - those who do the hard work of teaching our children to become model, engaged citizens.  I hope you're here because you're interested in Barefoot Books for your school or program.

There is a lot of information on this blog about Barefoot books, but I wanted to mention a few specific points for you:
  • Since inception, Barefoot Books has really been committed to education through nurturing a love of reading in a way that encourages children to explore their creativity and discover the diversity of the world’s many cultures and traditions.  Barefoot Books has even developed lesson plans to go along with many of our items which make it even easier for you to incorporate into your classroom!
  • We have so many great products that would work well in a classroom setting - everything from catchy singalong books to a deck of yoga poses!  Some of my favourite items for educators are listed below.
